CSIR NET Syllabus 2022: The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) National Eligibility Test publishes the CSIR NET syllabus on its official website along with the notification. CSIR HRDG Examination Unit prescribes the CSIR NET Syllabus 2022 for all 5 subjects. Candiates have an option to select their desired subject during the online application process. CSIR NET question papers are divided into 3 sections, i.e A, B, C. The Part A syllabus is common for all and the Part B and C syllabus depends on the opted subject of each student. CSIR NET Syllabus 2022: Overview

CSIR NET Exam Pattern 2022


The CSIR UGC NET exam pattern and marking scheme are different for all the subjects. Candidates will have to pick any one subject and apply for the same. However, the Part A syllabus is the same for all subjects.


1.CSIR NET question paper for each subject is divided into three parts namely, Part A, Part B, Part C.

2.All three sections are compulsory.

3.There will be no break between the three sections.

4.All 3 parts will have only Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

5.The CSIR NET 2020 will be conducted for a total of  200 marks.

6.The exam will be held for a duration of 3 hours.
