IPMAT Syllabus 2022 - Check IPMAT Syllabus And Exam Pattern Indore & Rohtak

IPMAT Syllabus: Before you start preparing for IPMAT 2022, One thing that each IPM candidate needs to be clear about is the IPMAT Syllabus. IIM Indore and Nirma University accept students for IPM through IPMAT conducted by IIM Indore. While IIM Rohtak conducts its IPMAT. Since both IPMAT Indore and IPMAT Rohtak have different exam patterns, we will discuss their IPMAT 2022 syllabus and exam pattern.

IPMAT Syllabus and exam pattern (Indore) 

Section:

• Quantitative Ability (MCQ) Total Questions - 40 Exam Duration40 minutes
• Quantitative Ability( SA) Total Questions 20 Exam Duration40 minutes
• Verbal Ability Total Questions - 40, Exam Duration 40 minutes

IPMAT marking scheme: Each question carries 4 marks.

There is a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer except for the Quantitative Ability (SA) Section. SA* stands for Short Answers.

IPMAT Syllabus and Exam Pattern (Rohtak)

• Section 1 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Total 60 questions from Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability 45 minutes 03:30 PM (IST) 04:15 PM (IST)
• Section 2 Written Ability Test (WAT) 02 Short Essay on the topic given in not more than 1000 characters/ 250 words (approx..) each 30 minutes 04:30 PM (IST) 05:00 PM (IST)

Each question carries 4 marks. There is a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer.

IPMAT Rohtak Section-wise Syllabus:

The IIM Rohtak IPM exam is separate from the IPM IIM Indore. The IIM Rohtak IPM Exam follows a very similar Exam Pattern to the CAT Exam with a similar IPM Exam Syllabus as well.
